2. Services

The V. S. Studios Private Limited specializes in creating custom explainer videos for businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to, scriptwriting, storyboard creation, animation, voiceover, and post-production editing.

3. Orders and Payment

Quotations: All quotations provided by The V. S. Studios Private Limited are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work on any project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final delivery of the video.

Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced.

4. Revisions

Revision Rounds: Each project includes [5] rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

Revision Timeline: Revisions must be requested within [3] days of receiving the draft. Delays in feedback may result in project delays.

5. Client Responsibilities

Content Provision: The client must provide all necessary content, including logos, brand guidelines, and any other relevant materials, in a timely manner.

Approval and Feedback: The client must provide timely feedback and approvals to keep the project on schedule.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Upon full payment, The V. S. Studios Private Limited grants the client the rights to the final video. The V. S. Studios Private Limited retains the right to use the video for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Third-Party Content: The client must ensure that any third-party content provided to The V. S. Studios Private Limited for inclusion in the video is properly licensed.

7. Confidentiality

Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree to keep confidential all information disclosed during the project and not to use it for any purpose other than fulfilling the project requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

No Liability for Indirect Damages: The V. S. Studios Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Maximum Liability: In no event shall The V. S. Studios Private Limited’s liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the services.

9. Termination

Mutual Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within 7 days of receiving notice.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The V. S. Studios Private Limited reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to review these terms regularly. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
