Who are the people to work on my project and will I have a single Point of Contact?
On each video project a competent team of the following 5 members work diligently:
- Concept Artist
- Script Writer
- Graphic Artist
- Animator
- Project Manager
The Project Manager will lead all communications with you in order to maximize productivity and to eliminate any sort of redundant backs and forths.
How much time do you need to complete an animated video from scratch to finish?
We usually need 2-3 weeks to complete a video from scratch to finish.
Is the money paid for a video refundable?
No the amount paid is non-refundable. Though in certain conditions we may consider issuing a refund of up to 100% of the payment.
What do the payment terms look like?
We usually follow flexible payment terms to suit the needs of the clients. However, our favoured terms of payment are: 40-30-30, where the first 40% constitutes the upfront payment when a deal gets signed, remaining 30% on the delivery of an approved storyboard, and the last 30% on the final approval of the complete video.
